Service Works offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn garments in their original packaging. We aim to make the process as straightforward as our workwear, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your daily grind.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in a resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our London warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
